PactPortal helps companies find structure using contracts (with vendors, clients, partners) as the hub of value. Too often companies struggle to properly follow up on contracts, losing sight of milestones and deadlines. We aim to make it easy to check deliverables against contractual agreements, follow up on payment terms and purchase orders, avoid missing cancellations and avoid legal risks.
